WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The number of Americans in jail or under supervision by authorities as a result of crimes grew by 2.3 percent by year-end 2001 to almost 6.6 million Americans, or one in every 32 adults, the government said on Sunday.

In all, about 3 percent of the U.S. adult population is in the U.S. correctional system.

Of these, 1.3 million were in prison, while 631,240 were in jail, the Department of Justicesaid. There were 3.9 million on probation and 731,147 people on parole, according to government data.

In the state of Idaho, one person in thirty is on probation. New Hampshire had the lowest proportion of probationers to its general population, at a rate of 385 per 100,000.

The man who lived with five wives and 29 children and has gone on national television to talk about his life was convicted in June of raping Linda Kunz Green after he married her in 1986, when he was 37 and she was 13.

"Even though Tom and I made an error in judgement in 1986, our intent was not to commit a crime. We had a religious ceremony before we had sex in which we made lifetime commitments to each other. It was not a situation where Tom 'knocked up' some girl and then decided that he had better marry her," Linda Kunz Green said in her letter.

Green and the women appeared on Dateline, "Jerry Springer" and "48 Hours"

Uh no, Tom made an error in judgment, a thirteen year old girl relied on Tom and the Church for Judgment.  And at 30 she still relies on Tom and the Church for judgement.  And he is sharing his Judgments with Jerry and the gang.  Now he is in the Church  of  Prison where they have there own beliefs, and their judgments can be,  oh so harsh, and lasting.    In a lasting kind of way, like getting a thirteen year old girl to submit to his needs for at least the last 15 or so years.

I don't often wish a harsh reality on another but it would benefit the rest of the populous if ol Tom said "you know maybe we, the church should let little girls grow up a bit before we should brainwash them into thinking their lives are to submit to males and the males will be the liaison to a higher power

I have decided to try and make this a curse free Web Site.  What that means, I'm not sure.  I think it is a statement.  The web is overrun with needless garbage.   I am not all that wholesome of a guy in the dirty word department but gratuitous anything is of no lasting value.  Probably the biggest reason for this is Sandra Bulluck's   Miss Congeniality.   I think there was one garbled curse word and not one tit shot.  I liked the flick.  Don't get me wrong I very much appreciate Chris Rock and ***'s  but balance is needed.  Two Sandra Bullucks for each Chris Rock.      Fortunately,   I think I only said the **** word a couple of times.  I just now have to find them.

Something to Think About                    Crows don't like ravens,  a natural enemy thing. If you don't feed the Raven   he  would just as soon have a crow for dinner.   If someone starved you, you would do the same.   Feed em a little cat food and they eat side by side.  Cat food is cheap

Or  just  let the Ravens have at  those pesky crows, the crows are smaller and not worth as much as the bigger ones.

do you ever think about  what makes the stock market tick or who wins or who loses.  Someday we are going to understand it then we should make a portfollyosomethingorother thenMerge with the Pyramid sell it to people who want to make money.   Personally I missed the big rally beginning around 4500, I was convinced it was top heavy then.    Wouldn't want to miss that that next big major rally now,  would we.

Here is something to think about.   If one out of four people have a finger on your button what percentage of those fingers   can create  trouble for you,   assuming you have not pissed them off.

Then think about what percentage of those fingers   can and would create  trouble for you if you pissed them off.  

Like say a street worker who sets on the   curb in front of your house all day while you are figuring your taxes and how much money is left over to align your front wheels on your economy car.  He has the option of repairing some potholes while he waits his next assignment but he is a govment worker mind you.       

   Hint, give him a cup of coffee and you will get your pothole fixed.

What we need is some one to hit the son of a bitch with his shovel and he can use you for his witness at trail for his civil suit.    Everybody can make a little money and the pot hole will get fixed.    Screw the guy who hit him he is expendable, like infantrymen.  But the next ten city workers will think before they sit down.    Not to worry,                     untill it is 3  in  4

Don’t get lost in the clouds

Some phrases do need defining and the words most people need defining.

I’m not referring to the loudest, nor those with money, status or position. I am talking about most people, those reasonable folks who follow the step of the, loudest and the ones with the money, status and position.

.Groups and teams are fair game if only because, some of the players use their strengths for their individual benefits. If you catch a team group member dipping into the community cookie jar, lay their little fingers out, in this public square and smash em like Clinton smashed the word trust.

All problems can be solved. Most problems are not solved. Most problems are not solved for the sole reason, it will impede the happiness of those that benefit them not being solved.
