First off bureaucracy is like communism, no one has to take responsibility. Thats why communism dont work and thats why bureaucracy dont work, done!!!!
The function and purpose of this system has become only to support the system, not those who support it, to support it itself. And from that standpoint it works very well.
Whoever has a need for the system can complain till the cows come home, and you will just get labeled a complainer. The one response that I hear is, "what is your solution" My solution is not workable, barely legal, and definitely not for family hour. So the next best solution is you.
What happens if you dont renew your drivers licensee, or you dont license your dog, pay your taxes, if you speed, use drugs, holler fire in a crowded room. You are taken aside and penalized, as you should be. Each and every person has a responsibility to abide by a code of conduct that our peers deem appropriate, when we fail we are appropriately penalized, we are appropriately penalized.
What happens if we are rude to a customer, if we dont meet our work quota,
if we are insubordinate to our supervisors, we are taken aside and penalized, as we should be.
What happens when the bitch at the DMV treats you like you are the scum of the earth because you asked a question. What happens when that fat ass, at the state land office tells you he doesnt have time to look up your title. What happens when you ask that the pothole gets fixed in the street in front of your house. Nothing Nothing Nothing.
The trick here is to be reasonable When that doesnt work, make a complaint to the supervisor. These people are in these positions for you and me they are not there for their supervisors, they are not there for any other reason than to support us and to see that the system, ( we are the system , we are the system) works as it was intended. That tax money you are fined for being late paying, is what feeds them. Demand respect.
