Mergers, a 90’s kind of business practice. Mergers are without a doubt the biggest
form a pyramid “scheme” that can happen with the blessing of the ones that come in
at the end, the employees. The talk to get the workers on board is unequally
promulgated as to the employees betterment, or the very least they can keep their jobs,
Now, I’m no economist, but then neither are they. They being the ones that profit
from all this.

I guess it depends on what is to be achieved. .
What ever kinds of companies are involved, no matter the product, the reason for joining
forces is, the continuance of commerce, and the continuance of the politburo, (part of
that could be a good thing?) But it has nothing to do with the product, prices or you,
the very three biggest promotional reasons. We have entered into an age of such greed,
that we are actually believing our own bull. We have replace the future with a few
retirement packages.
You know, there is such a thing as, can’t get no better than this, finished, we will
just wreck it if we try and improve. That is a pragmatic viewpoint, those that disagree
are either fooling themselves or because they are selling, or buying, the idea. Why
don’t we just stop selling ideas and concentrate on the idea itself. We would be miles
ahead if we moved these folks that create these mega companies, and move them onto
the floor, where they can produce, instead of just talk.
I heard, not sure where, and I am going to assume its true. The power it took to
build X power plant, will never be recaptured, by and with the power it is being
built to produce.
Wow, I hope that is not true. That would be the same as building bombs, what for.

Instead of getting bigger and stronger, maybe we should just work at being better. No,
not maybe, we should. But as long as we legislate, rule make and not take
responsibility for the talk, it’ll never happen. Oh yea and place the burden on those who
will not prosper. I forgot they get to keep their jobs, and gained a bigger/team/family,
and lastly, lastly, they get to keep hoping that hey its going to get better.

Why is Microsoft a monopoly, and Exon is just good business? Because, no body can
chalenge Mr. Exon he is low price gas.

Logic says that someone must sacrifice for gain of anyone, or anything, sacrifice
being subjective. Ever hear that saying “a warm place to crap and a good pair of
shoes” That is a good enough payoff for lots of folks, they will toil their little hearts
out for the man, for the man, and settle.
