Day 3,@ 246#screw it, I quit
Been invited to dinner, but I'm on a roll and starting to lose, should we or shouldn't we.
Its a fat thing.
                I didn’t and I asked for the money instead.

OK my story. 243 pounds tells it. The rest is most everyone’s story.

I hold to the belief that we all have an, inherited, weight “set point” . As well as
different races have different, set points.
And I would be guessing that it is a metabolism thing that has been passed through
generations.
But as an observer, [who can’t always observe my own belt], some people just hang at a
weight, up or down, then they return to that set point.

Now obviously, the weight can be changed by modifying the way we live, but that sucks,
we don’t do it, and thats why we’re fat, done!!!!!!!!!!

What is the catalyst, where does the umpfff come from, thats used by those, so
very few, that acquire a lower set point.

The imfomercials address almost everything else. Some,,,,,,, are even saying you should
eat less, and of course exercise on their machine. But mainly they target the
helplessness of those in need, by getting them jazzed.
They are duh, selling, you fat moron. And for those that believe I am selling my
thoughts, check with your psychic.

Back to the seriousness of this, non disease

Most reasons for losing weight are due to ego or health. Both are effective short term
reasons, but like most of us with most things, when we made our goal, we back off, no
more need, so why the push.
The solution for the millions and millions who need to lose a few. No one. no
one, no one, nothing, nothing, nothing, has any or wants any of the responsibility for
your weight , that includes you. When you understand that, when you understand that,
you will understand the solution.
