A white guy goes into a bank, sticks a gun in the girl tellers face. Give me the bleeping
money, he says. He leaves with 40 million dollars. Over a period of a few years he spends
all the money. He is finally apprehended, goes to court, gets off, (for the umpteenth time)

The successful defense was, he was not intending it to be a criminal act, seems he just
wanted to have a little fun.
