Do you ever wonder why there is so much conflict? I do.
Do you ever wonder if there can be less arguing? I do.
And do you ever wonder what kind of toll all that antagonistic stuff takes, in our selves and in overall productivity? I do
and I think I can figure it all out, and if I cant figure it out I can sure try while not being in a defense mode and I think that probable gives me a big UP on anyone else.
Since I cant speak for anyone else I will solve this from my perspective.
Ill start with a small problem. Overhead fan,,,,,,,,,,,,you know, the kind that are in place to move air in a room. Well they go two ways, forward and reverse. Do you know which way is for what result and whether heating or cooling is the condition. I dont know and neither do you, or my wife.
{ And I am smarter, ( more logical and use more reasoning) than most } So what is the big deal, well there is no deal, except, there is always someone that has the need to know and implement that knowledge, and that is where it all starts.
First we have to know what our objective is. Do we want to feel the change or do we want the change. I mean after all there are different benefits, at different times to having a fan blow on you or suck out of the window. I mean what good is having a fan suck out the hot air, ( assuming it doesnt suck in hotter air) if you cant feel better as you watch it.
As for the subject,,,,, rarely, are we in conflict with ourselves, most often the conflict stems from and is with someone else. Like the person who thinks reverse has a better cooling effect than forward.
I sometimes, only sometimes, argue with my self, most often the arguing I do by myself, is an argument with the person who thinks reverse is the optimum way for a fan to turn to cool a house.
As for productivity, with the fan issue, I personally dont think it makes a difference, ( that conclusion comes after a few years of argument over this very problem, and I realize I lost because of the way the fan is presently turning). Logic tells me that moving air will cool a body which ever a which a way it comes from and distance plays a part in that, soooooooooooo.
Here is the real problem, Add up all the time that is spent in disagreement, and understand that cooling or heating was never the problem and depending on your predisposition for being an anal retentive *** **** will help you calculate the damage.
What if fans only had one way to turn?
Think About That, you swamp coolin, dry heatin, air-conditioning **** disturbing moron
Other people are nothing more than a source of conflict.
