I hear that gangs are moving into the area, is it really possible that gangs would move into rural areas. What for.

I guess I can understand, ( just a little) why gangs exist in cities. But its a little harder to understand how it can happen in the smaller towns. Unless you accept the reasons for the existence of gangs in the first place, single parent households, child abuse, drugs, poverty da da da.

When I was a teenager, I was a bad ass, strutting around all cool, hangin on the corner. But there was one thing that would suck the cool right out a me. An adult. Any adult, black, white, man or women. All they had to do was say, hey what do you think you are doing, we would hide the beer, throw down the smokes, scramble. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t call the cops, I mean we were, to put it mildly, bad kids, headed down the wrong road. At one point we started organizing a club/gang. It was called the Valeintas, ( whatever that means} it sounded cool. Then to make matters worse, the city converted a building, an old bank into a place we could hang out. I think someone got ripped off on the deal, and I think it was the city. They could have sold space, and made money. [The town I grew up in, 20,000 ?] Any way, the center, it was lame, a few pinball machines, pool table, some of us got thrown out for smoking and having beer on our breath. But if you were cool they would let you slide on the beer breath thing, kind of turn a blind eye. Even if we did get thrown out, we had plenty of places to go, all around town. They just wasted a bunch of time and money on us, we never were very grateful to them. But that was then, and this is now. And I’m driving the point a little soft.

All I ever hear is how bad the kids are. When ever there is a problem the solution is attacked from a behavioral position, seldom from an environmental position. Kids and dogs, all the same, put them in a room by themselves, and they break something. The usual solution, set guidelines and or and if needed before or after, punish them. Not all kids take to guidelines, punish them hard and long enough and some relent, they become good little team members to be used by the team managers. Its the other ones, the bad ones, the ones that won’t accept discipline.

Any kid worth his salt fights back. Those are the strong ones, the leaders, the ones that will make a decision. take a risk. They just require a different approach.

But somebody out there says, nope, we have to gather them all in one area, teach them all how to do the same thing, judge them on one standard. Then whoop up on em if they don’t accept what they can’t accept. Oh yea and teach them how to get high scores on college entrance exams.

For you school raised morons, the one who did good on test, you are starting this elitist thing a little to early, and carrying it a little to far. Watch out , the ones you are squeezing out aren’t asking your permission anymore.

With any luck at all, and a little selective breeding, everyone will get high scores, and we can all go to college. Problem solved, done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If their parents can’t control them put them in juvenile detention, teach them early that they have to obey rules.

Labels, Labels What is their significance for a society. I know it sounds like a
stupid question, even more so, a stupid thought. But whats more stupider, is
naming different ways for doing things, when they all end up being done the same way.

I look at them as clubs, nothing more, nothing less. They are an extension
of childhood. Lets play pirates, I’m the captain, you are the first mate and so
are you.
I have never had a full understanding of the difference between Republicans and
Democrats, I just don’t see the difference. I understand they can be defined
which then sets them apart, but they are still the same. Crazy, ain’t it.
What does a stanch R and D have in common. Well, I am here to
tell you, they will not cross party lines. Why will they not cross party lines,
because, they belong to that particular club, and right or wrong, they will support
their constituents, even if they are wrong. Why would they support someone
even if they were wrong, because if they are ever wrong they may need
someone to stick up for them. I kind of see that as a Mexican
standoff. The first and last guy don’t care about each other, but they both are worried
about the guy in the middle. No offense to the Mexican’s
Well what does that have to do with labels I don’t know. Do you.

This is how we determine our price, and how we pay our price, by the label we give
ourselves.

Lets see, I have no real belief in tradition, though its fun to watch. I like the
thought of a God, which makes good and evil, right and wrong, a valid concept. I am
white to the bone, but only in colour. My immediate family, consists of three at home
and one away, a little to far away. Man this is hard. But I will continue, cause
your next and its only fair. I like to laugh, but I find it hard to if its not funny.
I cheat someone, at least once a day, (cheating is a relative term to mean taking
something that I could do without and someone could use more than I) I hate the
term “ My goal is to ? ” My real aim here is to get the reader to think, and
if you think I am out there or worse you think I only think I am out there. Its my
turn, so listen up.

When is the last time you took something that you were not entitled to. I
watch you every day, and nobody says anything. You use what you take, against the
one you take it from. Remember about 20 years ago, a young girl was raped, and
as she crawled out of the ditch to wave down help, the passing motorist who stopped
to help her decided to get a little himself. Hey, she was already screwed, what
could it hurt. You are no different, you satisfy yourself at the expense of those
that can not necessarily defend themselves.
